1. Independent fan project
THEGTA6.SITE is an unofficial, independent fan and community project. It is not affiliated with, authorized, sponsored or endorsed by Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive or any of their affiliates. No account, referral, listing or message from this site is an official Rockstar or Take-Two communication.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You must provide accurate information, protect your password, and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. One person may not use automation or deceptive accounts to manipulate referrals, waitlists or community activity.
3. Community participation
Display names, referral codes and any future member submissions must follow our Community Rules. In particular, do not post hate or harassment, threats, personal information, impersonation, illegal material, leaks, cheats, account sales, counterfeit virtual goods, or content that infringes another person's rights.
If a future feature lets you submit content, you keep your ownership of content you created. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce and display it only as needed to operate and promote that feature. You confirm that you have the rights needed to grant that license.
4. News, sources and third-party rights
We distinguish official announcements from reporting, observation and analysis wherever practical and link to original sources. Information may change or contain errors. Third-party names, marks, artwork and other material remain the property of their respective owners and are used only for identification, commentary and reporting. Nothing on this site grants a license to Rockstar, Take-Two or any other third-party intellectual property.
Rights holders can use our rights and takedown process. We may remove or restrict material while a credible report is reviewed.
5. Referrals and potential revenue rewards
Referral links create a record of confirmed signups and community contribution. We may use verified referrals to determine eligibility for a future revenue-rewards program. No rewards are payable today. Before any program starts, we will publish separate terms covering eligibility, reward rates, verification, payout thresholds and timing, taxes, supported regions, changes and termination. Until those terms are published and accepted, tracked referrals do not create a right to payment, equity, ownership or guaranteed value. Self-referrals, automated signups, impersonation and manipulation may be rejected. Codes that are abusive, misleading, rights-infringing or reserved may be changed or disabled.
6. Waitlists and email
Joining a feature waitlist or selecting the optional update checkbox asks us to send the described update. Marketing choices are optional and can be withdrawn without losing account access. Transactional account emails, such as confirmation, security and recovery messages, are sent when needed to provide the account service.
7. Planned features are not offers
Features marked preview, planned, locked or coming soon may change or never launch. The current site does not sell game files, virtual currency, accounts, mods or creator services and does not process payments. Any future directory, exchange or paid feature requires a separate rights, safety and consumer-law review and, where necessary, separate terms before activation.
8. Moderation and access
We may reject, hide, rename or remove content and may restrict or close accounts when reasonably necessary to protect people, the service or third-party rights, or to comply with law. We will consider context and, where appropriate, explain the reason and provide a way to ask for review through the contact form.
9. Availability and responsibility
The service is provided on an as-available basis. We do not promise uninterrupted access, complete accuracy or that every planned feature will launch. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for intent, gross negligence, injury, or mandatory statutory rights.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms when the service or law changes. Material changes will be presented with a new effective date and, where appropriate, an account notice or renewed acceptance. Questions, appeals and legal notices can be submitted through our contact form.
